By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services
Our services include business registration, compliance, market research and trade development. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Firmus Advisory shall not be held responsible for any errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of our services as a result of an omission you made.
User Conduct
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes and to refrain from engaging in any activity that may be deemed harmful, offensive, or illegal. You shall not use our services to infringe upon the rights of others or to transmit any harmful or malicious content.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide you with the best service possible. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:
- You make a formal request and you will be charged for any step we have taken towards rendering the service you contacted us for
- Request must be made before final payment of government fees or last stage of the service you request for
- You make a formal request to our Business development and operations Executive
Please note that Firmus Advisory reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may consider factors such as the nature of the service and the specific circumstances surrounding the request.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firmus Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos state.
Modifications
Firmus Advisory reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for updates.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including the refund policy.
