FIRMUS ADVISORY NIGERIA TERMS OF SERVICE
1) Refund can only be done after a service has not been performed
2) For CAC registrations, if a refund is to be done after name reservation but before filing fee is
paid then the cost of name reservation will be deducted which is NGN5,000 and the balance
form what the client paid will be refunded
3) Where name reservation has been paid for, name has been reserved and filing fee has been
paid to CAC, a refund cannot be processed and if there is a query, it is the responsibility of
the client to give instructions on how to proceed, if there are additional changes to be done,
the client is financially responsible for such changes where it involves money.
4) For other services, refund will be based on the balance after deduction of the cost of service
performed where a service has been performed. If a service is yet to be performed or the
process is yet to commence then we will deduct 10% of the service fee to cover for
consultation, research and time spent on preliminary activities for the service and the
balance will be refunded.
5) Payment should only be made to Firmus advisory Guaranty trust bank and not to any other
account even to an employee. Where it is made to any other account, the company will not
be liable for any loss. The account detail is below:

6) The timeline for delivery of services will be strictly adhered to by Firmus Advisory but where
there are delays from the regulatory authorities in charge or the client by not sending
required details or making payment, Firmus advisory will not be held liable for a change in
the timeline.
7) Firmus Advisory is not responsible for any query or liable to refund any amount based on
any query from CAC or any regulatory authority as there are not guidelines stating what the
queries will be.
8) On CAC registration, we are only liable to cover 2 name reservations during registration,
where both applications are denied, the client will be expected to pay an additional
NGN5,000 for new name reservations.
9) Tax identification number is not a part of CAC registration as we charge a separate
professional fee for that.
10) Kindly note that payment for a service indicates that you have gone through these terms of
service and are ok with the foregoing.
