The applicant will have to visit the nearest FIRS office and complete the application form and submit. The application will then be forwarded to the relevant department for review and approval. For the JTB TIN, application can be done online on the JTB portal and gotten between 24 to 48 hours.

How to Obtain TIN for Non-individuals in Nigeria?

Application can be made on the JTB TIN registration portal by filling the required details on the form and thereafter the TIN would be emailed to the applicant within 24 to 48 hours. Application at the FIRS can be done physically at the nearest office. Due to the number of applications the FIRS has been getting, the time frame cannot be predicted but most times it comes in a week. Generally, the time frame for obtaining TIN can stretch for a long period depending on numerous issues.
